Edo Sushi Bar in Stuttgart

My all time favorite for sushi. Always fresh and very tasty. We recommend!

I placed my order at 6:45 PM. I was told that it would be ready at 7:00 PM. At 7:40 PM they told me it would be another 10 minutes. At 8:00 PM it was still not ready and was told it would be a few more minutes. During the entire time that I was waiting people that showed up after me were continuously receiving their orders that were placed after mine. They made no attempt to apologize. I left empty handed after over an hour of waiting without any sign that my food was going to.be made.

Excellent sushi.

Quaint, cozy little place, I pass it all the time and went in. They are fast and the sushi is great. I didn't get a photo this time ☹because I knocked it down as soon as it hit the table...lol..as soon as we're off restriction I'll go back and I'll slow down. The staff are very nice and will help you your order. Prices are decent...

Japanische cuisine: Small Asian sushi bar on the strip in Vaihingen. Affordable, family owned, quick and convenient. A little above average sushi compared to others in the city. I give this experience a 4/5.

Keep coming back to Vaihingen to eat this delicious sushi. The quality is excellent and we like the ambience very much. The selection of sushi without fish also convinced my better half;)

Great food and at fair prices. Everything was freshly prepared. Both the bowls and the sushi were delicious. I can recommend the restaurant with a good heart, but you may sometimes have to wait longer due to the fresh preparation, which should be taken into account when visiting.

Even if it sometimes takes a moment, I like to get there. Already a more expensive sushi in terms of price. However, I never had negative experiences in 5 visits. Was always happy. I can recommend the eel nigiri (had doubts before trying it.)

Suuuuper delicious sushi! I ordered the summer rolls and salmon sushi and am very enthusiastic about the freshness and quality of both. Super prepared and great price. The Edo Sushi Bar is small but nice and the friendly staff gives it a family atmosphere. My new No. 1 for sushi in Stuttgart.

Ok basically these are the best quality/price sushis that I have ever eaten! Usually sushis are very expensive but here it was not the case! However the service is not really there that’s probably how they manage such a good price... but it did not bother me personally!

This restaurant captivates with low-cost menus, very friendly hosts and a pleasant atmosphere. Before ordering your individual sushi, make sure to check if a menu is not cheaper. Everything delicious, what we ate, clear recommendation.

Edo offers a really good price for the quality of food. I like the rice to fish ratio they have, many other places just try to fill you up by using way too much rice. Also, the staff was very friendly.

A small place with less than average Sushi

For almost 3 years always the best sushi we have eaten so far. And since we had sushi almost everywhere in the world :) Edo is simply invincible!

Friendly service, the sushi is prepared quickly (both when you pick it up and when you eat it in the restaurant) and it tastes great. The price-performance ratio is absolutely consistent. The shop is a bit small. So not necessarily suitable for large groups or to sit forever. We will definitely eat here again.

Good sushi, fast service

Even if you can not believe it, but it is the tastiest sushi I know. By chance, I came over a colleague to Edo (though almost every day drove by) and was completely thrilled. It is a small shop with max. 10 to 12 seats and you should pre-order a large amount, but first, the selection is quite large and the goods are super fresh. Quality top and really worth a recommendation!

Was very decent sushi! The nori was a bit chewy, which might have been due to the weather, but it was noticable. Also the Maki rolls were a bit loosely rolled, but didn't completely fall apart.

the sushi here is amazing! the staff was kind and very helpful when trying to figure out what to order. its a small restaurant so plan to come early or take out! they only take cash but there is an atm not far down the road.

Cozy and charming place. Very good sushi with generous fish portions. Polite and quick service in both English and German. You won’t find super dragon steaming crunch spice rolls, but you won’t be disappointed either.
